Last Updated: 29th April 2025

1. OVERVIEW
1.1 This Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions (the "Rewards Agreement") set out the terms under which StudentPay Inc. ("CadRemit", "we", "us", or "our") provides the CadRemit Rewards Programme (the "Programme") to eligible users ("you", "your", or "User").

1.2 The Programme allows eligible Users to earn CadRemit reward points ("CMT Points") through qualifying cross-border money transfers and other promotional activities.

1.3 By participating in the Programme, you agree to be bound by this Rewards Agreement, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy. Participation in the Programme does not create any employment, agency, partnership, or fiduciary relationship between you and CadRemit.

2. PARTICIPATION AND ELIGIBILITY
2.1 Participation in the Programme is open to Users who meet the following criteria:
a) Are fully onboarded and verified users of the CadRemit platform.
b) Perform qualifying cross-border transfers to Nigeria.
c) Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2.2 Transfers to accounts or recipients owned or controlled by the same User are excluded from qualifying for rewards.

2.3 CadRemit reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to determine a User's eligibility to participate in the Programme or receive any CMT Points and may disqualify any User without notice or reason.

3. EARNING REWARDS
3.1 Users may earn CMT Points through specific actions, including but not limited to:
a) Monthly Volume Reward: Users may receive CMT Points based on the total value of qualifying transfers made in a calendar month. Thresholds and reward tiers will be communicated on the platform or via email.
3.2 CadRemit reserves the right to request documentation to confirm the uniqueness of recipients and legitimacy of transactions. Transactions may be audited at any time.
3.3 CMT Points will be credited to a User's CadRemit Rewards Wallet ("CMT Wallet") after a qualifying transaction is successfully completed. Points will not be awarded for cancelled, reversed, or ineligible transactions.
3.4 A single account is permitted per individual. Each User must participate using only one device and IP address unless otherwise approved.
3.5 CadRemit may change, suspend, or end reward structures or promotional offers at any time and without notice.
3.6 CadRemit may place caps on the total number of Points a User may earn monthly or annually. These caps will be communicated at any time, in-app or by email.
3.7 Redemption of CMT Points may be subject to minimum withdrawal thresholds or usage conditions, as determined and communicated by CadRemit.

4. REWARD VALUATION AND REDEMPTION
4.1 CMT Points are promotional in nature and have no monetary value outside the CadRemit platform. They do not constitute currency, property, or a vested right.
4.2 CMT Points may be redeemed only through approved channels communicated by CadRemit. These may include cross-border transfers, platform credits, vouchers, or discounts.
4.3 Redemption options are subject to availability, geographic restrictions, regulatory approval, and may be modified at any time.
4.4 All redemptions are final. CadRemit is not responsible for lost, expired, or misapplied rewards.
4.5 CadRemit reserves the right to delay or deny redemption requests pending identity or transaction verification, especially in cases of suspected misuse or fraud.
